Information

The Grove rental includes:

* The decoratively lit ceremony and reception area from 8:00 am until 12:00 midnight the day of, plus a 2 hour rehearsal on an available day prior.

* A large bridal room and a groom’s room, both with a/c and restrooms.

* Tables, chairs, linens and napkins for up to 200 guests.  The Grove’s capacity is 500.

*The stage and dance floor, bar, and all available large & small decor items plus screen and sound if needed.

*Our venue coordinator and assistant available during set-up and throughout the wedding and reception. An additional assistant(s) will be added for guest lists of 250 or more for $300.

*Security for up to 200 guests. Additional guards will be added for larger guest lists if alcohol is served at $230 each.

*A large prep kitchen with fridge and freezers and lots of counter space. You are free to do as you’d like food wise. The Grove does not cater events.

 

Your own alcohol is allowed and must be served only through the professional and friendly, licensed bartender(s) that The Grove has approved.

Your DJ/MC and sound must stay within the limits of county ordinances and must end by 11:00 pm with last call being 1/2 hour before. Live bands are not permitted.

Due to our Halloween events, The Grove is not available during October. We do not have an indoor facility and are therefore not available December thru early March.
